JANUARY

Catharine has it with the snow and cold of Utica NY and comes "home" to visit for a well deserved time off from work.  Here we snap a picture with Julie before what is becoming the traditional "girl's night out" when she comes to town.

FEBRUARY

Thanks to the diligence of our family feline, PC, there are been no work related virus attacks on our home computers.    Jo-Ann, on the other hand, has not been so protected and suffered a 2 week downtime at work with no computing tool.

MARCH

John is lucky enough that he is able to break away from "work" and household chores and do some productive things for 3 separate days at the Habitat For Humanity project in our county.  Here he is with some of the weekday "regulars", all of whom enjoy working as trades without any of the hassles.  As long as you show up at all, your "on time".

APRIL

The first wedding in our immediate family for son Peter involves a trip to Mexico and merits it's own web page.  Click on the More info button or the picture to get there.  Use the "back" button to return here.

MAY

A double picture month - The two nieces were to hard to get at the same time at the Woodside Elementary School Eighth Grade production of the musical "Oliver".

Here are Jo-Ann and Liz Daly.

JUNE

Here John contemplates an endorsement career for ExxonMobil while working on the final phase of the sidewalk project.

"Superflow Motor Oil is my choice as a release agent for concrete forms".

JULY

Our annual volunteering activities for the Picnic in the Park find Jo-Ann making fast friends with manager of the Grocery Outlet store who donated the watermelons for the contest of the same name.  A favorite event, see last year's picture here.

AUGUST

John focuses on wiring one Habitat for Humanity house.   Thank goodness for Building Inspectors (and more importantly, skilled supervision from Habitat).  Follow this link for a special Habitat Page describing the Lee's and Grace Church's involvement.

SEPTEMBER

Our Maui regular rental condo is the setting for our celebration of 37 years of marriage.  We enjoy about 2 weeks where the biggest decision is "What world class beach do we go to today?"

OCTOBER

Our home is once again the site of the annual Vessing neighbor-hood block party.  It's almost automatic now with lots of help from the 100+ friends and a good shopping list developed over the years.

NOVEMBER

A Tale of Two Cities.

We visit both coasts to see new homes. Click on picture for larger size or the link for more detail.

DECEMBER

John and Jo enjoy a holiday moment at the annual December ExxonMobil Retirees lunch.  Many friends over the years gather and make us enjoy each moment we have together even more.

Wishing a viewers a most joyous Holiday season!
